What is the experience of growing grass on a crystal? With a few moves, you can create an entire crystal island.
I experimented with floral specimens and plant fruits, combined with botanical dyed antique fabric to make the most beautiful nativity wand in my mind!
Here is the basic tutorial~
-Prepare the tools 😉 .
Preparation tools 🧰: hot melt glue, plant fruit specimens, simulated grass pollen clusters, golden hippocampus crystals, shimmering crystals, antlers, resin clay, nine-pronged needle, and antique brass chain.
-
Main steps 👣:
1. link the crystals and antlers with resin clay, reinforcing the joints at both ends with hot melt glue.
2. Cover the clay portion of the wand with plant-dyed fabric using collage tack.
3. Begin to create the scene by spreading the grass powder on the surface of the fabric (especially the fabric patchwork should be masked), then paste part of the grass tufts, and finally glue the plant fruits in order from big to small.
4. Refine the details, add small flowers and slender leaves as embellishments, and don't forget to fill in small gaps with grass powder.
5. Interspersed with chain accessories, use nine-letter studs and antique brass chain as a combination to match the little glitter around.
-This completes the wand.
The wand is now complete! Crafty elves, go ahead and give it a try!
