The best way to confirm the size that works best for you is to hang a cord around your neck, mark it where you want the length to be, and measure the cord. Generally, 14 inches is the collar length, 16 inches usually hits the collarbone, 18 inches hits above the heart, and 20 inches or larger is suitable for a long layered look with other necklaces.
